We in the process of developing a series of six workshops for the summer 2017 season. Workshops should be reflective of our community and teach a skill that enhances the rural lifestyle. We are currently seeking proposals for topics and are asking our community members to join us in sharing their knowledge as instructors. Topics may include making tomato sauce, bread, butter, fresh cheese, pickles, jams or jellies, lotions, tinctures, baskets, stone walls, etc.

Deadline Extended:  Thursday, June 1st

  • We are open to reviewing all ideas for workshop topics and encourage our neighbors to share their creativity!
  • Workshops should be accessible to participants of varying ages and skill levels
  • In exchange for your time and knowledge, Livestock Foundation will promote your workshop (and business, if applicable)
  • If materials are needed, participants may be asked to cover costs

Note:  Preference will be given to instructors that reside in and around Bovina, but we welcome proposals from instructors throughout Delaware County.

We will review all proposals and begin scheduling workshops in early June.
