Malaysian Curry Chicken at Bovina Farmers Market

Thank you to everyone who came out last week to kick off Bovina Farmers Market’s 2025 season! We’re back tomorrow, Friday, May 30, from 4-7 PM, and you won’t want to miss it. Chinese Take-Out will have Malaysian Curry Chicken.

The Malaysian Curry Chicken aka Kari Ayam (ayam- chicken in Malay) is a flavor bomb of savory with hints of sweet & spice. The saucy, coconutty curry sauce spooned onto rice is just so good. What distinguishes Malaysian curry from other curries like Indian, Thai or Indonesian is in the combination of spices used. It is a labor of love, with everything made from scratch. All of their spices are from Malaysia for a truly authentic taste.
