Dry Town Tavern is a celebration of Bovina's past, present and future.
Existing within the shell of the historic Hilson's General Store originally built in 1867, Dry Town Tavern is a restaurant and community space opening Summer of 2023 in Bovina, NY.
Serving real food from small family farms for a true farm-to-table dining experience, we merge our local agricultural resources with an approachable atmosphere. We aim to provide a space of warm hospitality, affordable and delicious food, and kind service for visitors and locals alike.
The thoughtfully restored Tavern and its neighboring 5-bedroom Inn provide a welcoming place for guests from near and far to gather.
The Tavern was generously donated to the Livestock Foundation by John Finn in 2021 and will serve as an extension of the Foundation’s mission of historic preservation and community building.
